HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF TUOLUMNE COUNTY (HFHTC) SEEKS TO PUT GODS LOVE INTO ACTION BY BRINGING PEOPLE TOGETHER TO BUILD HOMES, COMMUNITIES, AND HOPE.HFHTC WORKS TO BUILD AND SELL HOMES TO QUALIFIED FAMILIES WHO WOULD NOT ORDINARILY QUALIFY FOR HOME FINANCING IN THE CONVENTIONAL MARKET. THE GOAL IS TO WORK IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE COMMUNITY AND THE BENEFICIARY FAMILIES TO PROVIDE DECENT, AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR THE ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED. HFHTC PARTNERS WITH QUALIFIED HOMEOWNERS WHO NEED HOME REPAIRS AND WHO WOULD NOT ORDINARILY QUALIFY FOR TRADITIONAL FINANCING IN THE CONVENTIONAL MARKET. SUPPORT SERVICES AND COSTS OF PROGRAM AND CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES. DURING THE PRIOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2010, THE AFFILIATE PURCHASES LAND FOR DEVELOPMENT AND HAS COMMITTED ITS EFFORTS IN BUILING 35 RESIDENTIAL UNITS FOR QAULIFIED FAMILIES. THE FIRST FOUR UNITS WERE COMPLETED IN 2012. ALL FUNDRAISING EFFORT, SUPPORT SERVICES AND COSTS ARE ALLOCABLE TO THIS PROGRAM.SUPPORT SERVICES AND COST OF PROGRAMS INCLUDES PROVIDING HOME REPAIRS TO THOSE WHO WOULD NOT OTHERWISE BE ABLE TO MAKE NECESSARY REPAIRS TO THEIR HOMES.
