TO PROVIDE COLLABORATIVE LEADERSHIP TO HELP PEOPLE FROM BUSINESS, GOVERNMENT, EDUCATION AND THE COMMUNITY WORK TOGETHER ON COUNTYWIDE ISSUES. AT MCBC, WE BELIEVE THAT BY WORKING TOGETHER, WE CAN CREATE A THRIVING BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT THAT BENEFITS EVERYONE IN THE COMMUNITY. THE BUILDING BUSINESS BACK WEBSITE SERVES AS AN INFORMATION HUB TO HELP BUSINESS OWNERS FIND GRANTS, LOANS, WORKSHOPS AND OTHER RESOURCES. WE ARE COLLABORATING WITH NUMEROUS OTHER LOCAL BUSINESS SUPPORT ORGANIZATIONS AND OFFER SERVICES IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH. THE BBB PROGRAM SERVES ALL BUSINESSES IN MONTEREY COUNTY, WITH AN EMPHASIS ON THOSE OPERATING IN UNINCORPORATED AREAS AS WELL AS THOSE OWNED BY MINORITIES, WOMEN AND/OR LGBTQ+.BUILDING BUSINESS BACK IS A PROGRAM OF THE COUNTY OF MONTEREY, OPERATED IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE MONTEREY COUNTY BUSINESS COUNCIL. BUILDING BUSINESS BACK WILL OPERATE FROM 2022 THROUGH 2024, WITH FUNDING FROM THE US GOVERNMENTS AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT OF 2021.
