OPEN TO THE PUBLIC 365 DAYS A YEAR, AT NO CHARGE. AN ESTIMATED 23,000 PEOPLE VISIT THE GARDENS ANNUALLY. FORMAL GARDENS ALONG WITH WORKING BEDS USED FOR EXPERIMENTAL DEMONSTRATIONS AND DISPLAYS EDUCATE AND INFORM VISITORS ABOUT PLANTS AND PLANT CARE, AS WELL AS EFFICIENT WATER USAGE.
