THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED IS TO OPERATE A SUMMER CAMP FOR CHILDREN WHO HAVE DIABETES TO EDUCATE THE CHILDREN ON HOW TO LIVE, EAT, EXERCISE, AND MANAGE OTHER MATTERS RELATED TO DIABETES.
