FUNDED TWO CITIZENS ADVISORY PANELS: BAYCAP AND SEACAP.BAYCAP - THE BAY AREA CITIZENS ADVISORY PANEL IS AN ORGANIZATION MADE UP OF CITIZENS AND REPRESENTATIVES OF INDUSTRY IN A SPECIFIC GEOGRAPHIC AREA WHO MEET TO ADDRESS ISSUES OF CONCERN TO CITIZENS. IT IS FUNDED BY INDUSTRY THROUGH ASSESSMENTS.ASSESSMENT BASED ON FLAT FEE + $2 PER EMPLOYEE.SEACAP - SAME AS ABOVE - FUNDED BY INDUSTRY THROUGH ASSESSMENT.
