SEE SUPPLEMENTAL PART IIITHE ALLIANCE HAS MULTIPLE PROGRAMS GROUPED IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS OF CONCENTRATION: (1) CENTER FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROVIDES MICROLOANS TO SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS AND ONGOING TRAINING AND SUPPORT TO ENSURE THEY HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE AND TOOLS NEEDED TO SUSTAIN AND GROW THEIR BUSINESS; (2) CENTER FOR LITERACY AND ADVANCEMENT CREATES OPPORTUNITIES FOR COMMUNITY MEMBERS THROUGH BASIC EDUCATION, ENGLISH LANGUAGE ACQUISITON, OCCUPATIONAL TRAINING, YOUTH ENGAGEMENT, AND FINANCIAL LITERACY PROGRAMS; (3) CENTER FOR NEW AMERICANS PROVIDES LONG-TERM SUPPORT TO BOTH REFUGEES AND IMMIGRANTS IN THEIR CULTURAL ADJUSTMENT AND INTEGRATION INTO THE UNITED STATES; AND (4) CENTER FOR RESILIENCY HELPS COMMUNITY MEMBERS PREPARE FOR AND OVERCOME LIFE'S UNEXPECTED CHALLENGES BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO INFORMATION AND RESOURCES THAT ASSISTS THEIR RECOVERY AND TO MAKE ADVANCES TO ATTAIN THEIR SOCIECONOMIC AND WELLBEING GOALS, TO THRIVE NOT JUST SURVIVE, IN INCLUSIVE COMMUNITIES. TOWARDS ACHIEVING THOSE GOALS IN 2022, THE ALLIANCE PROVIDED COACHING, COUNSELING, MENTORING, INSTRUCTIONAL, AND ASSET-BUILDING SERVCIES FOR 13,868 ENROLLED CLIENTS.
