COUNSELING - THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES COUNSELING AND LEGAL REPRESENTATION TO LOW-INCOME AND INDIGENT LEGAL RESIDENT AND UNDOCUMENTED ALIENS THROUGH MEDIA AND DIRECT SERVICE ASSISTANCE. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY SUBMITTING FORMS, APPLICATIONS, AND PETITIONS DIRECTLY TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY AND THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE FOR IMMIGRATION REVIEW. PROVIDES CLASSROOM TEACHING AND COMMUNITY ORIENTATION ON CHANGES IN POLICY RULES AND REGULATIONS. THE ORGANIZATION RENDERS SERVICES VALLEY-WIDE (FOUR COUNTY AREA). THE SERVICES RENDERED ALLOW ALIENS TO ASSIMILATE AND BECOME RESPONSIBLE LEGAL RESIDENTS AND PRODUCTIVE AND CONTRIBUTING CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES.
