TEXAS ENA PROMOTES STATE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES HELD, DEVELOPED AND IMPLEMENTED BY STATE AND LOCAL CHAPTER MEMBERS. IN 2017, THE CHAPTER SPONSORED EMERGENCY NURSING AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS, CEN REVIEW COURSE, COOL TOPICS IN EMERGENCY AND TRAUMA CARE, HOT TOPICS IN THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT, GERIATRICS AND OLDER ADULT CARE AND NURSING JURISPRUDENCE & ETHICS. TENA ALSO SPONSORED AN EDUCATIONAL CONFERENCE, ESSENTIALS IN EMERGENCY NURSING. THE TOPICS PRESENTED ARE BY EXPERIENCED, SKILLED PRESENTERES AND ARE WELL ATTENDED.
