TAU CROSSING HOUSING CORPORATION IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT WAS ESTABLISHED TO ACQUIRE AN INTEREST IN REAL PROPERTY AND TO CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE GROUP HOMES LOCATED IN JEFFERSON, WISCONSIN. THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF TEN UNITS IN TWO GROUP HOMES. THE BUILDINGS ARE DESIGNED TO PROVIDE PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES WITH RENT ASSISTED HOUSING FACILITIES AND SERVICES THAT ARE SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO MEET THEIR PHYSICAL, SOCIAL, AND PSYCHOLOGICAL NEEDS.
