THE CONFERENCE FOSTERS LEARNING AND OPEN SHARING REGARDING INCIDENT PREVENTION, INCIDENT RESPONSE AND OPERATIONAL LEARNING ACROSS THE SPECTRUM OF MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS. OUR GOAL IS A SAFE AND HIGHLY RELIABLE WORLD THROUGH EVENT PREVENTION AND ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING.
