MIDLAND FAIR HAVENS IS A FAITH-BASED, NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT PROVIDES SUPPORTIVE SERVICES TO DETERMINED SINGLE MOTHERS AND THEIR CHILDREN, SO THAT THEY MAY BECOME HEALTHY, SELF-SUFFICIENT FAMILIES. THESE INCLUDE SECURE HOUSING, VOCATIONAL AND LIFE SKILLS EDUCATION, CASE MANAGEMENT, AND BASIC NEEDS ASSISTANCE.MIDLAND FAIR HAVENS SERVICES WOMEN WITH CHILDREN WHO ARE HOMELESS OR WHO ARE IN DANGER OF BECOMING HOMELESS. EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE COMING FROM DIFFERENT TYPES OF BACKGROUNDS AND SITUATIONS, ALL OF THESE MOTHERS ARE HIGHLY MOTIVATED TO MAKE THE NECESSARY LIFESTYLE CHANGES THAT WILL LEAD TO A STABLE HOME LIFE. THE CHILDREN'S ENRICHMENT/FAMILY LIFE PROGRAM PROGRAM OFFERS JUNIOR LIFE SKILLS, TUTORING AND ENRICHMENT OPPORTUNITIES TO THE NEXT GENERATION TO IMPROVE THEIR OPPORTUNITIES FOR SUCCESS AND A BRIGHTER FUTURE.
THE NON-RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM OFFERS BASIC NEEDS ASSISTANCE, A HOMELESSNESS PREVENTION PROGRAM HELPING FAMILIES WITH RENT OR UTILITIES ASSISTANCE TO PREVENT EVICTION OR TERMINATION OF SERVICES, ALONG WITH INFORMATION AND REFERRAL.
