WORKS TO PROVIDE TRAINING AND SUPPORT FOR INDIVIDUAL VOLUNTEERS WHO SERVE AS COURT-APPOINTED SPECIAL ADVOCATES FOR CHILDREN IN THE COURT SYSTEM IN HENDERSON, ANDERSON & CHEROKEE COUNTIES, TX. THESE ADVOCATES SERVE AS THE VOICE OF THE CHILD IN MATTERS CONCERNING THE CHILD'S WELFARE IN COURT PROCEEDINGS. DURING THE PERIOD FROM JULY 1, 2020 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2021, CASA OF TRINITY VALLEY, INC. HAD 110 TRAINED ADVOCATES. THEY SERVED 431 CASES AND A TOTAL OF 755 CHILDREN. THIS REPRESENTS ALL OF THE NEW CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES CASES DURING THAT TIME PERIOD.
