A CASA, OR COURT APPOINTED SPECIAL ADVOCATE, HELPS FOSTER CHILDREN NAVIGATE THE WHIRLWIND OF CHANGE THEY FACE WHILE IN THE CHILD WELFARE SYSTEM AND ENSURES THEIR NEEDS ARE BEING MET, WHILE WORKING TO HELP FIND SAFE, PERMANENT HOMES.
