THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED FOR THE BENEFIT OF UT SOUTHWESTERN MEDICAL CENTER IN TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, IN ORDER TO FURTHER THE PURPOSES AND FUNCTIONS OF THE UT SOUTHWESTERN MEDICAL CENTER. THIS PURPOSE INCLUDES THE OPERATION OF UT SOUTHWESTERN MONCRIEF CANCER CENTER AT FORT WORTH, A RELATED 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION.
