RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM- THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES FULL TIME RESIDENTIAL AND RESPITE CARE FOR INDIVIDUALS IN A UNIQUE, FAMILY COMMUNITY OF LIVING, WORKING AND SOCIAL CONNECTION. HOUSE MANAGERS LIVE IN THE HOMES WITH THE RESIDENTS, FORMING A BOND WITH THEM THAT ALLOWS THE HOME TO FUNCTION LIKE A TYPICAL FAMILY.
ACTIVITY CENTER PROGRAM-THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES A DAY HABILITATION PROGRAM THAT CONSISTS OF EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND INSTRUCTION TO INCLUDE INDIVIDUALIZED LIFE SKILLS, SELF-HELP SKILLS, DAILY LIVING SKILLS, SOCIAL SKILLS, RECREATION AND THERAPY. INDIVIDUALIZED NUTRITION AND EXERCISE PROGRAMS ARE ALSO PROVIDED.
VOCATIONAL PROGRAM-THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND REHABILITATION SERVICES TO INCLUDE DOCUMENT DESTRUCTION, LANDSCAPING, LIGHT ASSEMBLY WORK, FOOD PREPARATION, LAUNDRY SERVICES AND PACKAGING.
