SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES AND RESPITE - PROVIDES DIRECT CARE STAFF TO WORK IN THE INDIVIDUAL'S HOME AND ON COMMUNITY GOALS AND OBJECTIVES. SUPPORTED LIVING HELPS INDIVIDUAL TO DEVELOP AND KEEP AND/OR IMPROVE THE SELF-HELP, SOCIALIZATION, AND ADAPTIVE SKILLS. NON-MEDICAL TRANSPORATION - ENABLES INDIVIDUALS TO GAIN ACCESS TO COMMUNITY SERVICES, ACTIVITIES, AND RESOURCE ACTIVITIES. ORGANIZED HEALTH CARE DELIVERY OF SERVICES - ALLOWS WAIVER PROVIDERS TO SUB-CONTRACT FOR ANY SERVICE PRE-APPROVED BY THE ARKANSAS DIVISION OF DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES SERVICE.
