FEEDING THE HUNGRY - HELPING THE NEEDY - MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN OUR COMMUNITY.

Part 3 - Line 4a
PROVIDE EMERGENCY FOOD ASSISTANCE TO THE NEEDY. OVER 1,100 FAMILIES SERVED AND OVER 2,000 INDIVIDUALS SERVED IN 2021. 140 HOLIDAY/TURKEY FOOD BASKETS WERE PREPARED FOR 420 PEOPLE AT THANKSGIVING. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PARTNERED WITH A LOCAL RESTAURANT IN PROVIDING A THANKSGIVING DAY FEAST FOR OVER 120 INDIVIDUALS. OVER 40 CHRISTMAS TURKEYS WERE DISTRIBUTED TO THOSE WHO DID NOT RECEIVE A HOLIDAY BASKET. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO FACILITATED WITH THE MARINE CORP. LEAGUE/TOYS FOR TOTS TO PROVIDE 75 NEEDY CHILDREN WITH TOYS.
