SERVE LESS FORTUNATE CITIZENS OF HOWARD COUNTY. CENTER PROVIDES GUIDANCE AND ASSISTANCE IN ESTABLISHING CAREER GOALS AND PROVIDING EDUCATION IN TIME MANAGEMENT, FINANCES AND QUALITY OF LIFE DECISIONS. TRY TO HELP ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR FAMILY.

CENTER IS COMMITTED TO MEETING THE NEEDS OF HOWARD COUNTYS LESS FORTUNATE CITIZENS. ASSIST WITH FOOD, UTILITY PAYMENTS, RENT, FUEL FOR MEDICAL TRIPS, GED CLASSES, BOOKS, TRAINING, WORK UNIFORMS, MEDICAL ASSISTANCE, BIRTH CERTIFICATES AND IDS, LEGAL AID AND COMPUTER TRAINING.
