THIS IS ACHIEVED THROUGH PUBLICATION OF QUARTERLY NEWSLETTERS AND BY DIRECT INVOLVEMENT OF AREA OFFICERS AND COMMITTEE MEMBERS.2. CONDUCTING 3 ASSEMBLIES EACH YEAR FOR MEMBERS AND GROUPS IN THE AREA WHICH INCLUDE WORKSHOPS AND SHARING SESSIONS.3. PROVIDING REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES INCURRED BY COMMITTEE MEMBERS AND TRUSTED SERVANTS CONDUCTING WORKSHOPS AND SEMINARS FOR AREA AA GROUPS.THE REIMBURSEMENTS PROVIDED TO COMMITTEE MEMBERS AND TRUSTED SERVANTS ONLY PARTIALLY REIMBURSES THEM FOR ACTUAL COSTS.
