THE STEMMONS CORRIDOR BUSINESS ASSOCIATION (SCBA) IS A NON-PROFIT BUSINESS GROUP THAT PROMOTES AND SUPPORTS THE MUTUAL BUSINESS INTERESTS OF THE EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS OF ITS MEMBERS THROUGH UNIFIED ADVOCACY LEADING TO SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC GROWTH AND AN ATTRACTIVE, ACCESSIBLE AND SAFE BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT IN THE STEMMONS CORRIDOR.WITH A SMALL RESIDENTIAL VOTER BASE, THE SCBA HAS STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CITY LEADERS TO LOBBY FOR TAX DOLLARS TO BE INVESTED BACK INTO THE CORRIDOR. THE SCBA WORKS WITH COMMUNITY LEADERS ON VARIOUS DALLAS ISSUES. THE SCBA IS ALSO COMMITTED TO A STRONG RELATIONSHIP WITH THE DALLAS POLICE DEPARTMENT.THE SCBA REPRESENTS A BUSINESS COMMUNITY THAT INCLUDES MORE THAN 5,000 BUSINESSES EMPLOYING NEARLY 170,000 PEOPLE.
