NORTH TEXAS CUSTOMS BROKERS AND FREIGHT FORWARDERS ASSOCIATION IS DEDICATED TO THE INTEGRITY OF THE CUSTOMS BROKERAGE AND FREIGHT INDUSTRIES WITH AN EMPHASIS ON COMPLIANCE, EDUCATION AND PROTECTION OF IMPORTERS AND EXPORTERS AND THE INDUSTRY AS A WHOLE BEING OF THE HIGHEST PRIORITY.

THE ASSOCIATIONS ACTIVITIES INCLUDE THE DISPERSING OF INFORMATION AND NOTICES TO ITS MEMBERS, WHILE ACTING AS A GATEWAY FOR COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMS. THE ASSOCIATIONS COMMITTEES WORK TO BEHAVE AS A LIASON BETWEEN THE INDUSTRY AND CARRIERS, AS WELL AS PROMOTE COMPLIANCE THROUGH EDUCATION AND SEMINARS. THE ASSOCIATION ALSO WORKS ACTIVELY TO SUPPORT NCBFAA AND THE CERTIFIED CUSTOMS SPECIALISTS PROGRAM. THE FUTURE FOR NTCBFFA IS FOCUSED ON RECRUITING MORE NEW MEMBERS IN ORDER TO BUILD A FUNCTIONAL NETWORK WHICH WILL HELP TO PROMOTE THE DFW REGION AS A VIABLE PORT OF ENTRY. THE ASSOCIATION CONTINUES TO STRENGTHEN ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH US CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION, AS WELL AS PGA'S, TSA AND HOMELAND SECURITY.
