CONGREGATE SERVICE CENTERS ARE OPERATED IN THE CITIES OF CORSICANA, FORNEY, KAUFMAN, MABANK AND TERRELL TO FACILITATE THE DISTRIBUTION OF PROGRAM SERVICES.
