EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT - SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO CHILDREN FROM BIRTH TO AGE 5 AND PREGNANT FAMILIES WHICH ARE LOW INCOME. THE PROGRAM STRIVES TO STRENGTHEN FAMILIES AND THEIR CHILDREN THROUGH COMPREHENSIVE CHILD DEVELOPMENT PLANS. APPROXIMATELY 495 CLIENTS SERVED.


COMMUNITY SERVICES - PROVIDES A VARIETY OF SERVICES TO HELP SUPPORT LOW- INCOME INDIVIDUALS. APPROXIMATELY 3,371 CLIENTS SERVED INCLUDING 2,101 ENERGY ASSISTANCE CLIENTS AND 295 VETERANS SERVICE CLIENTS.


HOUSING SERVICES - PROVIDES HOME OWNERSHIP, DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE, AND TRANSITIONAL HOUSING FOR THOSE WHO ARE INCOME ELIGIBLE, INCLUDING HOUSING REHABILITATION AND RENTAL ASSISTANCE. APPROXIMATELY 400 CLIENTS SERVED.


VOLUNTEER SERVICES - PROGRAM PROVIDES VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES FOR SENIORS AND OTHER TO SUPPORT THIER COMMUNITY. APPROXIMATELY 1,614 CLIENTS SERVED.
