JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT OF THE CHISHOLM TRAIL IS A YOUTH DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION THAT EMPOWERS YOUNG PEOPLE TO OWN THEIR FUTURE ECONOMIC SUCCESS. JA'S ACTIVITY-BASED, INTERACTIVE INSTRUCTIONS FOCUSES ON ENTREPRENEURSHIP, FINANCIAL LITERACY, WORKFORCE READINESS, AND HIGH SCHOOL COMPLETION. LOCAL VOLUNTEERS BRING BUSINESS RELEVANCY TO THE CLASSROOM AND REINFORCE THE VALUE OF EDUCATION. JA VOLUNTEERS SHARE REAL-WORLD EXPERIENCES TO HELP STUDENTS BROADEN THEIR MINDS AND BELIEVE IN THEIR OWN CAPABILTIES. A RECENT JA ALUMNI SURVEY SHOWS THAT JA BUILDS CONFIDENCE AND SUCCESS. STATISTICS SHOW THAT JA SHARPENS COMPETITIVE EDGE, ENHANCES PRODUCTIVITY, PROMOTES PERSONAL SUCCESS AND GENERATES ENTREPRENEURSHIP AMONG FORMER JA STUDENTS.
