PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY AND EDUCATION - PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR PRODUCERS IN ORDER TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES TO OPERATE EFFICIENTLY AND PRODUCE BETTER PRODUCT.
