THE ORGANIZATION IS OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR PLEASURE, RECREATION AND THE PROMOTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF GOLF AND GOLF COURSES IN THE RIO GRANDE VALLY OF TEXAS. THERE ARE NO PART OF OPERATIONS WHICH INURE TO THE BENEFIT OF ANY MEMBER, DIRECTOR OR INDIVIDUAL.
