HELP ENSURE THE CREATION OF POSITIVE ROLE MODELS FROM DIVERSE POPULATIONS AND ECONOMIC BACKGROUNDS THAT WILL INSPIRE YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN TO ACHIEVE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL. THE GOAL IS TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE AEROSPACE INDUSTRY, INCLUDING STEM FIELDS, BY INCREASING ACCESS TO THE FIELD FOR YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN, ESPECIALLY PEOPLE OF COLOR. ASSIST ORGANIZATIONS IN THE RECRUITMENT, HIRING, DEVELOPMENT, AND RETENTION OF DIVERSE TALENT AND POSITIVELY IMPACT THE BOTTOM LINE.

MASTERFLIGHT FOUNDATION'S CAMPAIGN TO END STRUCTURAL RACISM, SEXISM, MISOGYNY, HOMOPHOBIA, AND TRANSPHOBIA IN THE AEROSPACE, DEFENCE, AND STEM WORKFORCE AND ACADEMIA WILL IMPACT POLICIES AND PROMOTE BEST PRACTICES AT THE TOP 1000 UNIVERSITIES AND THE TOP 500 STEM ORGANIZATIONS TO DISMANTLE THIS STRUCTURAL PHENOMENON.
MASTERFLIGHT FOUNDATION ASSISTS NEW AND ESTABLISHED ORGANIZATIONS TO SUCCEED IN ACHIEVING THEIR MISSIONS. MASTERFLIGHT FOUNDATION CONSULTING SERVICES INCLUDE CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, STRATEGIC PLANNING, ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, DIVERSITY-EQUITY-AND-INCLUSION, FUNDRAISING, PROGRAM DESIGN, OPERATIONS. COMMUNICATIONS, AND PUBLIC POLICY.
IMPLEMENT THE AEROSPACE EDUCATION STEM OPERATIONS PROGRAM (AESOP), INCLUDING THE SATELLITE TOOL KIT (STK) APPLICATION FOR TRACKING THE INTERNATIONAL SPACE STATION (ISS). WE FACILITATE COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECTS THAT BRING HANDS-ON AEROSPACE EDUCATION ACTIVITIES TO PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS.
