SHEMER ART CENTER'S MISSION TO SUPPORT AND SHOWCASE ARIZONA ART IS REALIZED THROUGH ITS PROGRAMS AS WELL AS SALES OF ART CREATED BY ARIZONA ARTISTS FOR ITS GIFT SHOP, EXHIBITIONS, AND SCULPTURE GARDEN.DURING 2023, SHEMER ART CENTER HELD 179 CLASSES, 31 WORKSHOPS, 12 ART HISTORY LECTURES, 12 EXHIBITS AND 4 COMMUNITY EVENTS. SUMMER CAMPS FOR CHILDREN AGES 6 - 13 WERE HELD OVER 4 WEEKS IN JUNE. SHEMER ART CENTER ACTIVITIES WERE SUPPORTED BY 421 VOLUNTEERS IN 2023.
