THE FOUNDATION WAS INCORPORATED AS A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION TO SOLICIT, RECEIVE AND MAINTAIN FUNDS EXCLUSIVELY FOR SUPPORT OF UNIVERSITY HEALTH'S MISSION.
