ARKANSAS HEALTH CARE ASSOCIATION WAS ORGANIZED FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES: (A) TO MAINTAIN HIGH STANDARD OF QUALITY CARE AND ADMINISTRATION OF NURSING HOMES AND SIMILAR HEALTH CARE FACILITIES, (B) TO CREATE GREATER OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT AND EXPANSION OF LICENSED FACILITIES, (C) TO ADOPT AND PROMOTE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, AND (D) TO PROMOTE THE BEST INTEREST OF THE RESIDENTS, PATIENTS, OWNERS, ADMINISTRATORS, AND WORKERS IN HEALTH CARE FACILITIES THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF ARKANSAS.
