MEDICAL - COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS OF SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS, INC. CHCSCT HAS 40 YEARS OF CONTINUOUS OPERATIONS WHICH TARGET POPULATIONS WITH RESIDENTS BELOW 100 OF THE FEDERAL POVERTY GUIDELINES. ONE OF THE CONTINUING EXPECTATIONS OF CHCSCT IS TO ACCURATELY ACCESS AND SUBSEQUENTLY ADDRESS THE UNIQUE HEALTH STATUS INDICATORS OF THESE RESIDENTS AND THEN TO PROVIDE SERVICES. SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE CENTER ARE COMPREHENSIVE IN SCOPE, COORDINATING THE OVERALL PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND SOCIAL SERVICES NEEDS OF THE CLIENTS. CHCSCT STRIVES TO TREAT THE ENTIRE PERSON AND GOES WELL BEYOND THAT OF TRADITIONALLY DESCRIBED AS A PRIMARY OR AMBULATORY CARE CENTER.
