FOR USE AS ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES, REHABILITATION CENTERS, HOMELESS SHELTERS AND HEAD START CENTERS. REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE ARE PROVIDED FOR SOME OF THE FACILITIES. ONE OF THE HEAD START CENTERS UNDERWENT SUBSTANTIAL RENOVATION.
SEVERAL VEHICLES ARE PROVIDED FOR USE BY UNITED COMMINITY ACTION PROGRAM PERSONNEL FOR USE IN ITS PROGRAMS.
