TO SUPPORT AND FOSTER THE OKLAHOMA SCHOOL OF SCIENCE AND MATHEMATICS IN ITS GOAL OF FURTHERING THE EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF OKLAHOMA STUDENTS WHO ARE ACADEMICALLY TALENTED IN SCIENCE AND MATHEMATICS AND SHOW PROMISE OF EXCEPTIONAL DEVELOPMENT THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN A RESIDENTIAL EDUCATION SETTING EMPHASIZING INSTRUCTION IN THE FIELDS OF SCIENCE AND MATHEMATICS. 2.
