THE FOUNDATION WAS CREATED TO RECEIVE GIFTS AND CONTRIBUTIONS FOR THE PURPOSE OF ASSISTING WITH TUITION COSTS, MISCELLANEOUS SCHOOL EXPENSES AND EMERGENCY LIVING EXPENSES OF STUDENTS AT THE AUTRY TECHNOLOGY SCHOOL WHO WERE NEEDING OR OTHERWISE DESERVING OF ASSISTANCE WHILE ATTENDING SCHOOL. IN ADDITION, THE FOUNDATION WILL PROVIDE AS NEEDED AND AS THE ORGANIZATION IS CAPABLE OF PROVIDING, SUCH ASSISTANCE TO THE SCHOOL ITSELF WHEN FUNDS ARE NEEDED FOR PARTICULAR PROGRAMS OR AREAS OF THE SCHOOL'S EDUCATION PROGRAM.
