TULSA CASA, AS AUTHORIZED BY OKLAHOMA LAW, IS ORGANIZED TO SPEAK FOR THE BEST INTEREST OF ABUSED AND NEGLECTED CHILDREN IN COURT. WE PROMOTE AND SUPPORT VOLUNTEER REPRESENTATION FOR THE CHILDREN IN AN EFFORT TO PROVIDE EACH CHILD A SAFE, PERMANENT, NURTURING HOME.
