THE KAY COUNTY COUNCIL FOR THE OPPORTUNITY CENTER, INC. ALIGNS ITS FUND-RAISING ACTIVITIES TO ACHIEVE CURRENT AND LONG-RANGE GOALS FOR HOUSING, TRAINING, AND FUTURE GROWTH PROGRAMS SO THE OPPORTUNITY CENTER CAN PROVIDE FOR AND ENRICH THE LIVES OF PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES IN KAY COUNTY.
