THE CENTER FOR PURSUIT PROVIDES RESIDENTIAL, VOCATIONAL, AND DAY SERVICES THAT PROMOTE INDIVIDUAL CHOICE, PERSONAL GROWTH, AND INDEPENDENCE FOR ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, AUTISM AND SIMILAR CONDITIONS.

HOME & COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES SERVES APPROXIMATELY 115 ADULTS BY OFFERING INDEPENDENT, BUT CLOSELY SUPERVISED GROUP HOME LIVING AND SUPPORTED HOST HOME HOUSING PLUS RELATED PROGRAMS AND SERVICES THAT ENABLE CLIENTS TO LIVE AND WORK AS INDEPENDENTLY AS POSSIBLE.


WILLOW RIVER FARMS IS A SEPARATE RESIDENTIAL AND DAY HABILITATION FACILITY SERVING APPROXIMATELY 70 ADULTS BY OFFERING HOUSING, FACILITIES, SERVICES AND PROGRAMS THAT ENABLE CLIENTS TO LIVE AND WORK AS INDEPENDENTLY AS POSSIBLE BASED ON THEIR INDIVIDUAL CIRCUMSTANCES.


ADULT DAY PROGRAMS SERVE APPROXIMATELY 360 ADULTS BY ASSESSING AND PROVIDING COUNSELING/GUIDANCE, RESULTING IN GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES. ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING TOWARD INDEPENDENCE IS INCLUDED.
