THE HISTORIC FREIGHTHOUSE IS OWNED BY THE CITY OF YPSILANTI. THE CITY TERMINATED THE AGREEMENT TO HAVE FRIENDS OF THE YPSILANTI FREIGHTHOUSE (FOYF) RESTORE AND OPERATE THE FREIGHTHOUSE ON 3/31/2020. FOYF IS CLOSING. EXPENSES ARE A STATE FILING FEE, NOTICE OF CLOSURE AND TRANSFER OF BANK BALANCE TO THE CITY OF YPSILANTI.
