THE PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE OF PHOENIX NEXT DAYTON, INC. IS TO PROMOTE CHARITABLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE PHOENIX PROJECT AREA TO STABILIZE, REVITALIZE AND ENHANCE THE IMAGE OF THE AREA, PROMOTE HEALTHY LIVING, DRIVE ECONOMIC VITALITY, SUPPORT NEXT GENERATION LEARNING, AND CREATE JOBS, ALL IN A MANNER THAT PROMOTES PUBLIC SAFETY, HEALTH, AND EDUCATION CONSISTENT WITH THE CHARITABLE MISSION OF MIAMI VALLEY HOSPITAL AND THE PUBLIC PURPOSES OF THE CITY OF DAYTON.
