OPERATIONS OF THE HUBBARD HOUSE - PROVIDE INDEPENDENT LIVING UNITS FOR LOW INCOME, ELDERLY, AND DISABLED INDIVIDUALS. 50 OF THE UNITS ARE PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING UNITS THROUGH LOUISIANA HOUSING AUTHORITY. THE REMAINING UNITS NEED HOUSING SUBSIDY.
