THE MISSION OF THE CAPITAL AREA AGENCY ON AGING - IBERVILLE IS TO PROVIDE THE BEST SERVICE TO SENIORS AGED 60 OR OLDER. THE GOAL OF THE AGENCY IS TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO SENIORS SO THAT THEY MAY REMAIN IN THEIR HOMES AND COMMUNITIES WITH INDEPENDENCE AND DIGNITY.

TITLE IIIC2 PROVIDED FOR THE DELIVERY OF HOT NUTRITIOUS MEALS 5 DAYS A WEEK TO HOME-BOUND PERSONS AGED 60 AND OLDER. STATE FUNDS AND PROGRAM INCOME SUPPLEMENT THIS PROJECT.


TITLE III C1 PROVIDES FOR NUTRITIONALLY BALANCED MEALS FOR PERSONS AGED 60 AND OLDER AND THEIR SPOUSES IN A CONGREGATE SETTING.


TITLE IIIB OF THE OLDER AMERICAN ACT PROVIDES FOR A COORDINATED NETWORK OF COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES FOR PERSONS AGED 60 OR OLDER. SERVICES INCLUDE OUTREACH AND TRANSPORTATION.


STATE SENIOR CENTER FUNDS ENABLE OLDER PERSONS TO USE AND ENJOY MORE FREE TIME, INCLUDING INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP ACTIVITIES, HOBBIES, TRIPS, ETC. OTHER SERVICES INCLUDE TITLE IIIE
