THE ANNUAL MEMORIAL SERVICE IS HELD IN MAY AT THE MEMORIAL. RIDE FOR FALLEN OFFICERS - THE UTAH LAW ENFORCEMENT MEMORIAL HOSTS AN ANNUAL MOTORCYCLE RIDE, THE PROCEEDS OF WHICH ARE USED TO SUPPORT THE UTAH LAW ENFORCEMENT MEMORIAL MISSION. THE ANNUAL RIDE IS HELD IN AUGUST. UTAH LICENSE PLATE PROGRAM - WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF THE UTAH STATE TAX COMMISSION AND UTAH DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY, SINCE 2020 UTAH RESIDENTS HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE A UTAH SPECIAL GROUP PLATE THAT DEPICTS THE UTAH LAW ENFORCEMENT MEMORIAL BADGE.
