SOUTH ARKANSAS FIGHTS AIDS ("SAFA") IS A COMMUNITY-BASED AIDS INFORMATION TASK FORCE IN EL DORADO, ARKANSAS. SAFA IS PRIMARILY COMPOSED OF VOLUNTEERS WHO PROVIDE COUNSELING AND EDUCATION REGARDING HIV INFECTION FOR THOSE INFECTED AS WELL AS THOSE AFFECTED.
