[CLASSES / STUDIO] ONE YOGA OFFERED 37 IN-STUDIO AND VIRTUAL CLASSES PER WEEK IN 2022, INCLUDING WEEKLY OUTDOOR CLASSES JUNE THROUGH SEPTEMBER IN MATTHEWS PARK AND BRACKETT PARK IN MINNEAPOLIS. IN 2022, WE SERVED AN AVERAGE OF 194 UNIQUE STUDENTS EACH MONTH. THROUGH OUR SLIDING-FEE PROGRAM, WE OFFER REDUCED RATES ON CLASS PASSES AND MEMBERSHIPS FOR INDIVIDUALS EXPERIENCING FINANCIAL HARDSHIP. IN 2022, WE SERVED 88 SLIDING-FEE STUDENTS. IN 2022, WE SERVED 571 NEW STUDENTS (AN INCREASE OF 122% FROM 2021).
[WORKSHOPS & ADVANCED TRAININGS] ONE YOGA HOSTS REGULAR WORKSHOPS, SERIES, AND ADVANCED TRAININGS INSPIRED BY OUR MISSION TO ADVANCE HEALTH EQUITY. IN 2022, WE HOSTED 26 WORKSHOPS AND TRAININGS, AND SERVED A TOTAL OF 988 UNIQUE CLIENTS. THIS INCLUDED 28 CLIENTS IN A SPECIAL 4-DAY ADVANCED TRAUMA CENTER TRAUMA SENSITIVE YOGA TRAINING.

IN 2022, WE BEGAN A MULTI-YEAR PARTNERSHIP WITH ST. PAUL PUBLIC SCHOOLS AND THEIR FLIPSIDE AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM. IN 2022, OUR "YOGA & MINDFULNESS: TOOLS FOR SELF-CARE & COMPASSIONATE LEADERSHIP FOR YOUTH" PROGRAMMING WORKED WITH MIDDLE SCHOOLERS AT GLOBAL ARTS PLUS UPPER SCHOOL IN ST. PAUL. THIS PROJECT WAS MADE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE ARP GRANT FROM ST. PAUL PUBLIC SCHOOLS.
