HEALTH PROGRAMS ARE PROGRAMS THAT ARE AVAILABLE AT THE CENTER FOR THE COMMUNITY. THESE PROGRAMS' PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE RESOURCES AND LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES. THESE PROGRAMS USED VARIOUS PROJECT STRATEGIES TO SUPPORT AND HELP FAMILIES AND THE COMMUNITY TO HELP THEM OVERCOME MENTAL HEALTH AND RELATED ILLNESSES THE PERSON ENCOUNTERS OR ENCOUNTERED BY THEIR FAMILIES OR LOVED ONES. THE HEALTH PROGRAMS ARE TO HELP INDIVIDUALS FAMILIES AND ELDERLY WHO ARE AT RISK AND THE UNDERSERVED POPULATION IN THE COMMUNITY. DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC WE COULD NOT DO FACE-TO-FACE IN LARGE GROUP MEETINGS AND EDUCATION BUT THROUGH VIRTUAL ZOOM PHONE AND SMALL GROUP MEETINGS. TOPICS INCLUDED MENTAL HEALTH HEALTH LIFE SKILLS EDUCATION AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES. HMONG CULTURAL CENTER OF BUTTE COUNTY PROVIDED ESSENTIAL HEALTH ITEMS SUCH MASKS HAND SANITATION GLOVES SOUPS AND SELF-TEST KITS TO THOUSANDS OF INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES TO HELP THE UNDESERVED COMMUNITIES KEEP THEM SAFE.
