GOLDEN STATE POWER COOPERATIVE STRIVES TO MINIMIZE THE LEGISLATIVE AND REGULATORY BURDEN ON CALIFORNIA'S ELECTRIC COOPERATIVES SO THAT THEY CAN SERVE THEIR COMMUNITIES AFFORDABLY.

COOPERATIVE DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT TO COMMUNITIES AND GROUPS INTERESTED IN FORMING INNOVATIVE COOPERATIVES.
