THE SWIM TEAM STRESSES A FUN, SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE CHILDREN, AND PROVIDES A GOAL-ORIENTED STRUCTURE THAT FOCUSES ON HARD WORK AND DEDICATION WHILE EMPHASIZING TEAM WORK AND COMMITMENT THROUGH FRIENDLY COMPETITION.
