THE PURPOSE OF THIS CORPORATION IS TO ENGAGE IN THE ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATION OF A CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOR THE CITY OF AMERICAN CANYON AND THE SURROUNDING AREA FOR THE MUTUAL BENEFIT OF ITS CITIZENS AND BUSINESSES.

ADVOCACY AND AWARENESS - THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE SERVES A CITY OF 16,000 PEOPLE AND A LARGER AREA OF INFLUENCE OF APPROXIMATELY 200,000 PEOPLE. THERE ARE APPROXIMATELY 200 MEMBERS. THE CHAMBER HAS CREATED AWARENESS IN THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY OF THE LOCAL, STATE AND NATIONAL ISSUES THAT AFFECT COMMERCE. THE CHAMBER ALSO PROVIDES ADVOCACY AT THE LOCAL LEVEL THROUGH ITS ASSOCIATION WITH OTHER CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE.
EDUCATION - THE AMERICAN CANYON CHAMBER OF COMMERCE OFFERS EDUCATIONAL OPORTUNITIES TO ITS MEMBERS IN THE FORM OF SEMINARS, CONFERENCES AND WORKSHOPS WHICH COVER TOPICS OF INTEREST AND RELEVANCE TO BUSINESSES.
