THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS PROMOTING EXCELLENCE THROUGH MUSIC EDUCATION. THIS MISSION IS REALIZED THROUGH THE EFFORTS AND TALENTS OF A DEDICATED TEAM OF VOLUNTEERS AND COMMUNITY SUPPORT OFFERING MUSIC PROGRAMS TO THE YOUTH OF FOLSOM CA.

MUSIC PROGRAMS ARE OFFERED TO STUDENTS OF FOLSOM HIGH SCHOOL, FOLSOM MIDDLE SCHOOL AND FOLSOM ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS. THE MUSIC PROGRAM INCLUDES JAZZ BAND, MARCHING BAND, ORCHESTRA AND SYMPHONIC PROGRAMS. MORE THAN 500 CHILDREN PARTICIPATE IN THE MUSIC PROGRAM AND ARE LEAD BY MANY PARENT VOLUNTEERS.
OTHER SUPPORTIVE PROGRAMS INCLUDE SALES OF RELATED MUSIC PROMOTIONAL GOODSAND SERVICES ALL TO SUPPORT THE ORGANIZATION MISSION. MONEYS RAISED FROMTHESE PROGRAMS SUPPORT THE FUNDING OF INSTRUMENTS, MUSIC AND EDUCATIONALOPPORTUNITIES.
MUSIC FESTIVALS SHOWCASE THE SUCCESS OF THE PROGRAM TO THE PUBLIC. THE STUDENTS ENROLLED IN THE PROGRAM HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PERFORM TO THE PUBLIC ON A STAGE TO ENHANCE SELF-ESTEEM. THE MONEY RAISED FOR THIS PROGRAM HELP OFFSET THE EXPENSE FOR EQUIPMENT, MUSIC AND INSTRUCTOR FEES.
