PROMOTE WELFARE OF ANIMALS HOUSED AT FOLSOM CITY ZOO BY FUNDING ENCLOSURES AND EXHIBIT IMPROVEMENTS, PROMOTING BEHAVIORAL ENRICHMENT & SPECIAL NEEDS OF THE ANIMALS. TO INCREASE PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE ZOO BY SUPPORTING EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND SPONSORING EVENTS FOR THE PUBLIC.
